We offer you our full and strong support in our outplacement projects. They are addressed, among others, to employees facing lay-offs or those planned to be laid off or persons who have been dismissed for reasons not related to the employee. These projects also include people leaving agriculture, the long-term unemployed as well as low-skilled persons. The support here is adjusted to participants’ individual needs and is based on their knowledge, experience, abilities and aptitudes to perform a given profession. Our employment support instruments include: specific trainings, professional internships, labour market intermediation, career counselling, grants for establishing one’s own business or creating job in a social company.
Our goal here is to improve the project participant’s situation on the labour market by their:
- obtaining/maintaining employment,
- improving competences/qualification.
